Veloura Intimacy LLC ("Veloura," "we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile application designed to help consenting adult couples explore intimacy, communication, and connection through guided prompts, activities, and interactive experiences (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App, our website located at velouraintimacy.com (the "Site"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate, improve, and support the Services.

a. Information You Provide

In-App Preferences & Interactions

You may interact with prompts, activities, and games, set preferences, or save favorites within the App.

  • Anonymous users: This information is stored without collecting personally identifiable information.
  • Premium access: Premium features are unlocked through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not require users to create a Veloura account to use premium features.
  • Future account features: If account-based features (such as syncing across devices or partner linking) are added in the future, additional information may be associated with account credentials. We will update this Privacy Policy before any such change.

Customer Support Communications

If you contact us, we may collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your name (if provided)
  • The contents of your message

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may collect certain technical and usage information, including:

  • Device information (such as device model, operating system, language, and region)
  • App usage data (such as features used, screens viewed, and session activity)
  • Performance and crash diagnostics

This data is collected through tools such as Firebase, Apple services, and similar platforms and is used to maintain and improve the App.

c. Purchase & Subscription Information

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

  • We do not receive or store payment card details.
  • Apple may share limited information with us (such as subscription status, product identifier, and country) to allow us to verify entitlements and provide premium access.

d. Advertising & Attribution Data

We use third-party advertising and attribution tools (such as Meta) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover the App.

  • These tools may collect device-level identifiers and usage data, subject to user permission where required.
  • We do not share users' intimate preferences, prompt responses, or in-app content for advertising purposes.
  • Users may control or limit ad tracking through their device settings, including opting out via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

e. Aggregated & De-Identified Data

We may generate aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify individuals. This data is used for analytics, product improvement, and operational insights.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App
  • Personalize user experiences (such as saved preferences)

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

Business Transfers
