Veloura Intimacy LLC ("Veloura Intimacy LLC," "Veloura," "we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile game application designed to help couples explore intimacy, communication, and connection through guided prompts, activities, and interactive experiences (the "App").
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App, our website located at velouraintimacy.com (the "Site"), and any related services (together, the "Services").

Account Information (Premium Users Only).
When you upgrade to a premium plan, you may create an account or sign in using an email address or a third-party provider (such as Apple or Google). We may collect your email address and basic profile information provided by the sign-in provider.
In-App Preferences & Content.
Within the App, you may select preferences, mark favorites, or interact with prompts and activities. For free users, this information is stored in an anonymous way and is not linked to personally identifying information. For premium users, these preferences and saved items may be stored in association with your account so they can sync across devices.
Support & Communication.
If you contact us (for example, via support@velouraintimacy.com), we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, certain information is collected automatically, including:
- Device information (device model, operating system, language, time zone).
- Usage information (features used, screens viewed, session length, in-app events).
- App performance and crash data.
We primarily collect this information through Firebase and similar analytics tools.
c. Purchase & Subscription Information
When you purchase a premium subscription:
- Payments are processed by Apple (App Store).
- We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- We may receive information from Apple necessary to manage your subscription, such as product type, renewal status, and country.
d. Anonymous & Aggregated Data
We may create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data from your information so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you. We may use this data for analytics, product improvement, and other internal purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We may share limited, aggregated, or anonymized information with analytics or attribution partners to understand how users find and use the App (for example, tracking installs or conversions from advertising campaigns). We do not share explicit in-app content or intimate user details for advertising purposes.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

- Protect the personal safety of users or the public;

Business Transfers.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country.
