Veloura Intimacy LLC ("Veloura," "we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile application designed to help consenting adult couples explore intimacy, communication, and connection through guided prompts, activities, and interactive experiences (the "App").

- Premium access: Premium features are unlocked through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not require users to create a Veloura account to use premium features.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- We do not receive or store payment card details.
- Apple may share limited information with us (such as subscription status, product identifier, and country) to allow us to verify entitlements and provide premium access.
d. Advertising & Attribution Data
We use third-party advertising and attribution tools (such as Meta) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and understand how users discover the App.
- These tools may collect device-level identifiers and usage data, subject to user permission where required.
- We do not share users' intimate preferences, prompt responses, or in-app content for advertising purposes.
- Users may control or limit ad tracking through their device settings, including opting out via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
