These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veloura mobile application, the website located at velouraintimacy.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Veloura Intimacy LLC ("Veloura," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for adults only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Services

Veloura is a mobile application designed for consenting adult couples to explore intimacy, communication, and connection through guided prompts, activities, games, and interactive experiences.

The Services may include:

• Free content available to all users
• Premium features accessible through in-app purchase or subscription
• Optional features added over time to enhance the experience

Veloura does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. The Services are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only, and individual experiences and outcomes may vary. The App does not guarantee specific emotional, relational, or personal results.

3. Access, Accounts, and Use

3.1 No Account Required

You may use Veloura, including premium features unlocked through Apple's in-app purchase system, without creating a Veloura account. Premium access is verified through your Apple ID and device.

3.2 Future Account Features

We may introduce optional or required account-based features in the future, such as:

• Cloud backup or syncing
• Partner linking or shared experiences
• Multi-device access
• Cross-platform login

If such features are introduced, we will notify users in advance, and additional terms or requirements may apply.

3.3 Account Responsibilities (If Applicable)

If you create an account in the future, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Providing accurate information
• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at support@velouraintimacy.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Services may be offered through paid subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are processed and billed through the Apple App Store
• Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing cycle
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

Veloura does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of Apple's policies. Refund requests must be made through Apple and are subject to their terms.

5. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, Veloura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent subscription, access, or security controls
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or non-consensual
• Create or distribute pornography, exploitative material, or content involving minors
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others

Veloura may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated.

6. User Content

Some features may allow you to input, save, or create content (such as preferences, favorites, or saved sessions).

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Services, you grant Veloura a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

User content is intended for private, personal use within the App. Veloura does not publicly display user-generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Is lawful, consensual, and appropriate
• Does not include personal data of others without consent
• Does not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

7. Health, Relationship & Safety Disclaimer

Veloura is designed for consenting adults seeking to enhance communication and intimacy.

The Services are not:

• Medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
• A substitute for professional counseling or healthcare
• Intended for situations involving abuse, coercion, or unsafe dynamics

Users are responsible for their own well-being, boundaries, and consent. If you have health, safety, or relationship concerns, seek qualified professional support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Services — including text, graphics, icons, layouts, software, and trademarks — are owned by Veloura Intimacy LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including:

• Apple (in-app purchases and subscriptions)
• Firebase or similar analytics and infrastructure providers
• Subscription management platforms such as RevenueCat

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Veloura is not responsible for third-party practices or content.

9.5 Apple App Store Disclaimer

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. Any claims relating to the App must be directed to Veloura Intimacy LLC, not Apple.

10. Changes to the Services

Veloura may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, including adding or removing features or changing premium offerings.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Services and Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloura disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloura Intimacy LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or
• The minimum amount required by law

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some provisions may not apply.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veloura Intimacy LLC and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When updated, the "Effective Date" will be revised. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
