These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Veloura mobile application, the website located at velouraintimacy.com, and any related services (together, the "Services") provided by Veloura Intimacy LLC ("Veloura Intimacy LLC," "Veloura," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Services

Veloura is a mobile game application designed to help couples explore intimacy, communication, and connection through prompts, activities, and interactive experiences.

The Services may include free content as well as premium features available via subscription.

Veloura does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. The Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical care.

3. Accounts & Premium Access

• Free users may access certain features without creating an account.
• To access premium features, you may be required to purchase a subscription and sign in using an email address or a supported third-party sign-in provider (such as Apple or Google).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• All activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@velouraintimacy.com.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium access may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, an annual plan).

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID account.
• The exact price and billing period will be displayed at the time of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not handle cancellations directly and cannot issue refunds beyond what is provided by Apple's refund policies, except where required by law.

5. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on a compatible device;
• Access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Circumvent any security or access controls within the Services.
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Post, share, or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Services to create or distribute pornography, exploitative content, or non-consensual intimate content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion if we believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the Services.

6. User Content

Some features of the Services may allow you to create, input, or save content (for example, favorites, preferences, or responses).

You retain any rights you have in your user content. By using the Services, you grant Veloura a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Is lawful and consensual;
• Does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• Does not contain personal data of others without their consent.

7. Health, Relationship & Safety Disclaimer

Veloura is intended to support communication and intimacy between consenting adults. It:

• Does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice;
• Is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or healthcare;
• Should not be used in situations involving abuse, coercion, or non-consensual activity.

Always prioritize your safety and well-being, and the safety and well-being of your partner. If you have concerns about your mental health, relationship, or safety, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software), are owned by Veloura Intimacy LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate or interact with third-party services and tools, such as:

• App Store and in-app purchases (Apple);
• Analytics and hosting services (for example, Firebase);
• Subscription management (such as RevenueCat).

Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those third-party services.

10. Changes to the Services

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, including adding or removing features, updating content, or changing subscription offerings.

Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated Services and Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability;
• Fitness for a particular purpose;
• Non-infringement;
• And any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloura Intimacy LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses;

arising out of or connected with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veloura Intimacy LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, in-app or via email, where possible). Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective indicates your acceptance of the changes.
